Thank you sandy.. once again you've brought me to tears.. my mother passed this past year and it hurt for a couple months and then it seemed I was okay with the thought of death for a while , but this meditation brought out suppressed feelings I was unaware of it gave me more clarity for the death of my mother and showed me my original motivation for life before death started to weigh down on my mind, Im thankful for this experience I'm in tears as I type this
