If you can’t hold your breath for the full duration, you can either take a small sip of air and exhale, continuing to hold and stay in this intermittent hypoxic state, or take a big inhale when needed, holding it as long as you can or until the next round starts
Breathing Style: 3 part breath | 2 part inhale 1 part relaxed exhale
When to Use: on the weekend when you have time for a long journey.
Intention/Purpose: Exploring altered states along with long breath retentions which can lead to beautiful states.
