Shit, sorry forgot to response :/ The trailer is in the post as link "Link to Trailer (hosted on Mega)" Thanks for tips. Usually the first video is even just around a minute which I sticked to. Maybe I need to amplify more on the story and character rather than trying to get attention with the quick burst of sex scenes and create a false expectation for the game to have tons and continuous sex scenes. However, I also didn't want to bore people off with slow story bits. I'm not sure about how to get the right balance here.

2025-06-22 19:24:37 +0000 UTCNot sure where the trailer is, but I will offer thoughts from another story heavy game I played, "Leap of Faith" that apparently sold 50.000 copies on Steam in either 3 months or 6 months (Can't remember which exactly). Their trailer starts a lot like the game intro and then showcases all the characters in romantic/sexy scenes. I say romantic/sexy because while the trailer does have nudity and sex, direct penetration isn't shown. It's like if you were to show a heavy R-rated movie trailer instead of a porn trailer. It does talk about the theme of the game, and mentions it's an adult AVN but that's it. It doesn't get into details of choice-driven, sandbox, etc. Those are things you set in the game description options. For your game here, what do you want people to know about it, if they only *ever* had 2-3 minutes to be told about it? What's the focus? What makes your game stand-out from the hundreds of others? Custom characters, some custom built scenery? Maybe an engrossing story with mystery, danger, desperation, sexy times, humor? All of the above? None of the above? This isn't just something to cross off the list to say it's done, it's literally the soul of your game and story expressed in short form. Make it count, don't try to "make it like a porn game" trailer unless that's the majority of your game. People can find porn to fap to anywhere online, what does your game have that is more than that? Oh, and please DO NOT forget to add music to the trailer. At least for LoF I mentioned above, the music was a huge part of the game, so if you feel like there is a song or musical score that's the core of the game, include that too. You probably know all this, but I wanted to toss it out there. As a game buyer, I look for games that have themes that appeal, I don't get hooked on flashy graphics as much. In this case, if the story is solid, let that speak for itself. Don't forget to also add to the trailer that this is the foundation to the rest of the story. :) (It may be impossible to see the Steam version as an exampled but I hope you can somehow :)) Examples.
