Wow, what an update. It all sounds good! I'd agree with Option C for Android, but I don't use Android so no idea how many that may impact (I may just be an old school type who's been using PC's for decades, but not sure how a game like this would run on a phone anyway, unless there is an Android based tablet or something). A few thoughts while reading.. Another dev I follow did the "self-taught" Blender route after hitting their limit with how poorly DAZ was for their project. It took about 4-5 months, but they liked the physics part of it, the character recreation was the hardest from what they posted. Hopefully things will go well for you learning it. :) Regarding Steam, the largest issues I have heard dev's say was a problem with publishing are: 1) having anything to do with kids, i.e. high school, characters appearing too young, etc, 2) anything that would lead to non-con sex including drugs, mind-control, coercion, 'super powers', etc. If you don't have those you should be ok I would think. Steam is much more loose on who is actually in the relationship outside the 2 things I mentioned above, so even easier than Patreon in some regards.
