Greetings,
rendering is done, scripting is basically done, just some small adjustments here and there while testing maybe. Review is basically done. Osanaiko did a great job, there are just a few check backs that need to be addressed.
There are still a few small things left to do. For example, I haven't had time to do the secret renderings. The locations aren't implemented in the free roam mode correctly at the moment. And some other things.
I'll try to have the first build ready today, but it's probably more likely to be tomorrow or even the day after, depending on how more bugs I find.
Some of those bugs where already present in the past builds but they somehow just pop-up when you do some in-depth testing again.
The "preview" images are from a topic a bit further down below (notion.so) I didn't want to post any spoilers so short before release.
Animations
I'm having a bit of an issue with colors of my animations. They look a bit different than my image renderings. The reason is probably some inconsistency in my workflow pipeline where the color-space is set wrong. But I haven't figured it out yet. Otherwise they will be with a slightly off color in the first test build.
SFX
I added quite a lot of lewd sounds to the specific scenes (only new scenes at the moment), but I'm not sure if this isn't too much maybe. For this I would really appreciate some feedback.
4K Render
The render is done and edited and will be released after I released the first test build for the high tier Patreons.
Open To-Do's
- Secrets, at least 3.
- Location scripting
- Replay-Gallery entries
- finishing a new track
- color correct animations
- some minor image corrections
Smaller Update
I will do a slight variation of a scene for the gallery. To do this I want to add a few more animations and images. But I won't pack it into this update. It will come as a very small update soon after the release. I don't want to postpone any further.
Other ideas
Framework showoff
I was thinking about making a video of the framework I created in Unity and the tools I wrote for myself. To be honest, I don't really know why, because I don't want to release it as it's quite specific and probably too clunky for others to use. Maybe I just want to show off what I'm proud of :)
Notion.so integration
I'm using Notion.so now as task-tracker, knowledge-base, planing-tool and documentation for my game and my frame-work. I'm thinking about either a Patreon or Discord integration and open it up for visitors. But there are also a lot of stuff and information for the future of the project and especially the plot. So the risk of spoilers would be quite high. But I'll attach some screenshots of some current overviews / boards without spoilers.
