It is missing any tracks off the long-awaited album (such as the fantastic Reaganomics). It is also missing Toy Food and Lemming Demon, though those two do have download links in their respective YouTube descriptions. For recent stuff, it has Everybody Likes You, but not Fly Away or Bustin'. It seems like random stuff was forgotten.
