I had a sad expression on my now clearly inhuman face as the growing fur made the first clump of my curly hair fall.
The black horns and the furry floppy ears.
The fur started to grow on my cheeks and I felt the beginning of the scratchy sensation that morphed my feet in my hands.
What would be left of me when I reached the road?
Would I even be able to speak or stand up?
And if I managed to stop a car, then what?
Ruining the night of some poor person, making him see my beastly end?
What could they do, even if they were cops?
And if I reached the road and it's too late, then what?
A sad goat walking to nowhere, ending up caught by animal control, ending on a farm or a zoo where nobody knew that I was once human?
Or worse, what if..."
Never in a million years Michel Colpot could had guess that an affair with the pool boy would lead her to meet such nanny end, but that's what often happens when your path crossed with that of a coven.
