Weekly Inquiry 72: The WhiteflameK dilemma

The next comm is ready and will be up tomorrow, the next pillow tale also is ready and the Shoebox will too... lots of stuff ready, hurray!
Now the important Inquiry thing: I got two manips request from legendary TF artist WhiteflameK: https://www.patreon.com/WhiteflameK

The “problem” and point of this week’s inquiry is the second manip.
I’m not sure what idea to use, not for lack of idea, have plenty of them: A Reversion Syndrome pic, a woman into jackass by anal sex, an slug TF, an octopus TF, a group TF, TG, inanimate, shrinking... more wild stuff...
The issue is that I don’t want to waste his talent in a lame idea and that’s my dilemma, dilemma I’m sharing with you, my lovely patrons, so you can help me decide.
So that’s the inquiry: Suggest ideas for the second manip, put them in the comments, send them as PM or in the Discord server, if you have a pic would be nice, but if it is just the idea is fine too.
The best one may end as an awesome TF pic, so don’t be shy! ^^
