The maid being the absolute unit she is, he didn't know how to express his feelings/interest so he picked on her just like kids do. Now that she's put him through "that experience" he's short circuiting and blurting out how he really feels about /wants from her. Thank god, I wasn't sure which side of Uru's "extreme violence/lovey dovey" coin this was going to fall on.
