Patreon User Suggestions (Test)
Added 2025-06-16 14:45:40 +0000 UTCSo I keep seeinf other artist post pin ups saying “this was suggested by my Patreon users” and I’m like, man, why am not doing that?
So I’m going to test it out to see if it’s something I can even do! It’s going to be a two step process:
-today and tomorrow anyone on the $5 can leave a suggestion in the comments on what they’d like me to draw, it can be one of my characters or fan art*, I’ll except ideas for SHORT comics (like character walks in, an action happens, punchline. No bigger storylines)
-On Wednesday I’ll make a poll out of the suggestions open to all tiers and the winner gets drawn!
Simple! Until I mess it up!
*as far as fan arts go, I may reject the idea if I’m not super familiar with the subject matter. Not because it’s a bad idea but because I want to be able to do the material justice. Having learned a little more about Frieren I realized how much more I could have done with the concept of Gwen cosplaying her and kick myself for just drawing her standing there in a costume! (It’s on my watchlist, so look for a FrieGwen pin-up to come back around after I’ve seen it!)

Or a portrait series of the girls going through their morning routines (all naked, of course )- Ronnie setting up her enormous hairdo, Gwen painting her multicoloured finger and toenails, Sierra shaving her landing strip. Emily, meanwhile, is sprawled in bed, unaware of her alarm. She then has to rush to work, and forgets to put her clothes on.

2025-06-17 06:17:43 +0000 UTCMy suggestion (as a one-off group or an ongoing occasional series of portraits): Ronnie organises a nude calendar shoot to promote the coffee shop, so we see each of the girls posing, with their modesty protected by cups, aprons etc. Ronnie is meanwhile secretly filming from a more exposed angle, and even keeping the profits.
