Added 2026-02-09 20:04:52 +0000 UTCSort of funny, initially I considered leaving Eito out of this comic and going with the route where he wasn't spared since I just don't like the character that much but decided to throw him in because he's popular... but then in plotting out this page was realizing he'd probably be very fun to write for. Did enjoy really leaning into his more smug side for this. Was actually originally just going to have him escape during the confusion, but ultimately figured a failed escape that Sirei was a casualty of worked better for some of my future plans plus it made it quicker to deal with the fallout of what happened compared to if he got away or they had to find him somewhere in the academy. If you've played the game might note that the shot of Eito leaning up against the bed is evoking a particularly notable CG. It's from one of the side routes so won't go into details on it but yeah, kind of felt like a natural nod to make given the circumstances.
