Added 2025-10-25 00:01:26 +0000 UTCWe actually overhauled how we draw these in this page; been drawing them in the differently-colored outlines as we go, but this time around did the whole thing in black and then went over it recoloring the lines afterward. Main reason was because of problems that'd arise later with having too many colors for one vector layer as we see more of the cast, but it also wound up greatly expediting the whole process of getting this out so that was a nice bonus. Does make the backgrounds a little less authentic to the look of the show but it wound up really trimming a huge chunk of time off of how long this took to do so think it's a pretty worthwhile tradeoff. So yeah, looks like things are already going off the rails pretty early in! We kind of always intended this project to be very loose and breezy and whim-driven so were always going to be pretty quick about getting into the thick of it compared to some of our more deliberately-paced projects like Erika and A Balanced Defensive Line.
