Ultra Puzzled Fighter - The Final Challenger

Probably going to be doing increasing amounts of Street Fighter in the future; top of my head we've got at least one more finished and one more in progress and can think of plenty more I can think to do it. Originally was going to really go for it on making this a Puzzle Fighter thing with the board and everything, but it's a difficult game to understand at a glance who's losing and also was taking a really long time to do so decided ultimately that the joke worked fine without it.
