Been entirely too long since we've seen her, kind of just not too many chances to work her into the day-to-day of the folks in the complex I guess. Since it's been awhile, if you don't recall she's the administrator of Daylight Park. Dinah being there was kind of tacked on last minute since thought it'd make for a more fun next page, do rather like how that came out. She's kind of just a fun character to have turn up by surprise like this.
