-no more character limits! was capped at 15 max previously
-added character search and filter functionality
- 16 new pattern textures (Tails, Face, Scalp, Neck)
- 1 new character intro animation (female)
- design layer deletion should now retain selection closest to last selected, allowing quick deletion in succession.
- pattern randomization should now include some new textures into the mix.
- further optimization on spawned characters

- fixed a bug where color changes on layer is reset whenever a new layer is added or removed.
- fixed a bug where Map Gameplay settings aren't able to key in numeric digit properly.
