I'm not running away from it. Fuzzbutts has just changed a lot from its inception and Rangale doesn't work for me anymore. I need to retool it into something a bit more grounded, into a concept I actually want to explore, because my interests have changed. Victoria and Lune won't change much, but the setting will, and I'm going to fiddle with the belief system. Rest assured though, it's still going to be a very creepy deer cult.

We haven't seen Lune and Victoria in a while because their story is being reworked a bit. Rangale and the deer cult all feels very early-era-FB to me, very fantastical and My Little Pony-like, and I'm not sure which parts I want to keep and which parts need retooling. I promise I'm not holding off on drawing them because I don't want to, it's just that I don't quite vibe with their plotline anymore and I'm still working out how to fix that. Even the smaller parts of their story, like Teddy and relationships between predators and prey are all being reworked, so unfortunately it may be a minute before we get more Rangale art. :/

Oh man I don't know if this would make a good drawing, more just a question, but it's something I always think about with anthro animal worlds. Do people get species dysphoria? I can't imagine why they couldn't, but I don't see it explored much in animal worlds. I guess because it would be way more complicated to treat than transitioning sex, which can be done with hormones. I think it's interesting to think about though. Humans are actually not that sexually dimorphic and yet our differences can cause so much distress if someone feels in the wrong form, with the wide array of animal bodies and abilities I bet it'd be even more complicated. Uh. Hope this isn't too weird of a question.

I’ve always wanted to learn more about Virgil, I’ve seen a lot of comments about how he treated Sunny really bad in the relationship. but I’m not sure if there’s an exploration about what he did to Sunny specifically. (Unless the little shop of horrors post wasn’t an AU) I’m not totally sure but I think he was still an ambulance driver and not doing dirty work for Gio at the time they were dating. He’s obviously a bad person considering his behavior with other characters. But what happened with Sunny? I also wanted to know if the rodent sizes changed in FB, I see that Penny, and Bob have gotten bigger than their animal counterparts and more equipped for a human society. Is that the same with Minerva and the Sweets?

I'd love to hear some more about Victoria and Lune- I know you were working on some Rangale lore awhile back and don't want to prod if it's not yet in a place where you want it to be, BUT. very tantalizing crumbs you have left us. I'm also dearly attached to Guinevere (I believe that was her name?) despite only having seen her once. how does she far after Lune and Victoria make a break for it? Does she resent them for managing to get out, or does she feel freer (albeit only slightly) without the threat of an imminent marriage? Did they inspire any thoughts of rebellion in her, too? oh my god Taddeo larper is such a beautiful image I'm in love with this. I do LARP stuff for my day job and I feel like I have 100% met him before (and they're always the secret sweetest people there even if a bit too enthusiastic to hit someone over the head with a sword). Dom Larping is also such a blessed idea especially if you're going for the more story/improv heavy larp scene- I imagine Teo would love that kind of high melodrama but I can imagine Dom getting way too invested in his character and ending up having a crisis of self/curled in the fetal position in the corner reevaluating his entire life and identity while Teo is off dressed as a fairy doing some kind of awful british accent and having the time of his life making mischief. tl;dr you're so correct and I'm joining you in this beautiful world of Taddeo/Dom LARPing

Oh no, none of that. I wouldn't have any of that in the story on principle, but also, patreon is very strict when it comes to informed consent and characters being over 18, so I would not so much as hint about things like drugged drinks or Victoria being pressured in that way. I'm actually planning on reworking Rangale a bit, it all feels too dark and fantastical for FB. I prefer my evil religious institutions to be far more mundane, it's more unsettling that way.

Actually I would love to see more of Skye and her family, especially more about the problems that they don't talk about it? Any mayor fight or problems between the siblings besides Skye and her mom. Like I know she and her sister have this "tension" because her mom and the comments "why can you be more like your sister" and the other siblings don't buy into the "mom never say I love you or support me" thing. I just feel so sad for Skye, it most feel so lonely that her siblings don't see her perspective. I just think it would be interesting to see how it's when a family member feel like they are "exaggerating" because the others "don't feel or see" the not se healthy relationships in the family with the parents, because they aren't in that person position. I almost never see this type of dynamic portrait so real like this.

I'm curious with how new 18+ content effects Lune and Victoria's story or if it changes it at all. Did they have weird definitely not drugged cult-y drinks they had to drink. Unsettling cult-y expectations that Lune had to bed a majority of the does? Was Victoria expected to be having children at a disgustingly young age? And in their transition to modern society, how did their role as brother/sister change? Did they heavily rely on each other, or did they secretly loath each other for wanting to break from tradition so quickly?

I’ve always been interested in the careers that your characters have so here is two i wanted to ask - What do Lune and Veronica do for work? I think you have mentioned that they are quite artsy folk. When they ran away from the village I can’t imagine how hard it was for the pair to find work, stable and non-hazardous at that. - Did Sunny always wanna be a cop? Did he ever consider working with his dad? When did things start going wrong in his career or how did he become a garbage man? Edit: Oh! And since the whole 18+ thing can be explored more, I’m still really interested in the effects and usage of Code Red, it lingers in my mind so much
