Polo shirt (must bring out color in his eyes)😋, casual dress pants, a nice outerwear jacket in case I got cold and need it 😜😜, and a nice leather belt. You can never have too many belts😉👍! Lastly, which cuddly toy would I get him? Probably something unusual like a glowing LED teddy bear or a giant sloth 😂🤣🤣 Why?? Hallo to Claudia and the Fraugen! Tonight, I am being adventurous and pre-cooking my momos so that tomorrow, all I have to do is stir-fry them up again. (They're best when served fresh, as I can attest from tasting one to see if it was finished, but they wouldn't be fresh by the time I got them across town to the game, anyway.) I ran out of wrappers halfway through, so I get a whole new batch tomorrow all to myself! Well, almost—I have to save some for my friend from Nepal so that she can taste. She's very excited to see how I did. (This doesn't mean I'm not eating some tonight. I just don't have enough room in my container to keep all the momos in one place.) And now, this: <b>Fame and glory?</b> — I suppose being a famous author wouldn't be too bad. There's still a decent level of anonymity there if you want it. Mostly, though, I'd rather the <i>stories</i> were famous, rather than me personally. <b>Rey-Rey's local eats</b> — The one everyone seems to think of, for some reason, is Rocky Mountain oysters, which are fried bull testicles. I've never had occasion to eat them, myself. <b>A day in another world</b> — Oh...I would very much like to spend a day in one of the Narnia novels. Maybe "Prince Caspian." (Don't get me wrong—"Harry Potter" is tempting, but I fell in love with Narnia so much earlier in life.) <b>Rey-Rey, the personal stylist</b> — Hehe, I used to do the merchandising when I worked at a casual family clothing store for 5 years. So first is a nice pair of dark-wash jeans, probably straight- or boot-cut, with a dark pleather belt (because vegan!). Casual sneakers, something comfortable without being too clunky. Some sort of graphic tee, probably nothing too bold—maybe a band that he likes—but preferably a heathered gray. And then with what I've seen of his coloring, a lightweight long-sleeved collared shirt in light tones—maybe blue and gray—with a slate gray or olive green cargo jacket. ...As for a cuddly toy, I think I should procure one of those silky-soft plushies. Maybe a puppy with floppy ears and great big eyes. Nothing too large—no bigger than a throw pillow, certainly. Perhaps I should get a gray-and-white one to match his outfit. 😁

Hallo to Claudia and the Fraugen! This weekend will be another gaming session for me. It's unusual for us to have back-to-back weeks, but our GM has commitments next week, and we also wanted to time it to have a session at the end of the month to catch our out-of-state gamer while she's in town and also prevent me from having to miss a session while I'm at a conference. The drama therein continues to some degree—the GM herself has now expressed discomfort with the ways in which another player is trying to take the reins from her, but two of us have so far expressed to her that we'll follow her say-so regardless of whether or not it suits the other player's "plans." Because...that's kind of why they call her the "game master." :V But I've committed now to making momos for everyone that day, since our sessions fall over lunchtime, which is tough because one of our players is allergic to coriander and that's a fairly important spice in the fillings, and also because I've never actually made momos on my own before and am not sure how to be a cooking person in general. My friend from Nepal (from whom I got the inspiration in the first place to make momos) is terribly excited that I want to do it and has made me promise to save her some so she can see if I did well. I suppose someday, I'll get to tell stories about how I learned to cook properly while I was in grad school. And now, this: <b>Keystroke of luck</b> — Properly speaking, it's not <i>on</i> the keyboard, I suppose, but I really do love the em dash (—). For symbols you can see on the keys, I like the curly braces {}. <b>What did I say when a man proposed to me when I was 13? "Sorry, but I cantaloupe!"</b> — Hee hee. Actually, I strongly prefer watermelon to cantaloupe. Cantaloupe is too dense for me. ...Now I want watermelon. <b>Rey-Rey's accent</b> — I've been told I do, even though I can't pick out an accent for my region on my own. I've been pegged twice as being from my region by people on the phone in other parts of the country. <b>Who's got talent?</b> — I used to enjoy some TV talent shows well enough to watch once in a while, but they got tiresome, and now that I only have rabbit ears and no on-demand subscriptions, I don't bother with them. (The signal from the rabbit-ears isn't very reliable.) <b>Castaway Rey-Rey</b> — The very first thing I'd do if I got stranded? Probably panic and cry. The very second thing? Go hunt for water. I can't even begin to think about getting myself off the island unless I can survive longer than 48 hours.
