yes it was written by JYP, as a gift for park Bom, for her solo debut in YGE, she instead debuted in 2NE1 (we all love that), many years later it was given as a debut song for Lee Hi... The lyrics are written for Park Bom :) she talks about it a lot on the show (whenh she mentions Lee Hi, the love she has in her voice gets me everytime)
