Yeah. The thing about artwork is because the writer is not the one writing it, there are always discrepancies. I tried to get my artist to make him more muscular in some of his art, but it didn't always turn out right. Sometimes you just gotta go with what you're given. I'm happy you enjoyed it. :-)

Really nice read, enjoyed it a lot. Artwork is nice too, but not always fitting. First you describe Adam as muscular with broad shoulders and more ripped than an underwear model, but in the pictures his physics look really lackluster O.o Nevertheless can‘t wait for the next one. Good job :)

Well, I never really got into the genre until I began writing this. I did lots of research to try and make this as good as I could. I am glad you enjoyed it, and I hope you'd be willing to leave a review if you can. If not, then I'm happy you liked it. Maybe. The problem with Rift Wars is I never read the other books, so I do not know if I could drop Easter Eggs. ^^'

Just finished it, and for all your self-proclaimed lack of gamelit experience, I'd have to say, you're doin a pretty amazing job on both this and SotR. Speaking of, with how SotR's setting is laid out, once you get further in your respective tales, I could totally see you dropping Easter eggs for each other in them.

What a read! Don't tend to read GameLit very often, as I find it akin to those "and it was all a dream" kind of tales, laking the grit and drive found in stories taking place in reality. Mr Varnell, you have done something really fun here, being able to marry the game world, with a significant driving force in the real world. Great possible harem characters too, as per usual =D. Dang, I want to read the second one so bad. I also liked what you shared about your journey creating this book; always like seeing into the author mind / behind the scenes.

Hopefully, some people will feel inclined to make some thicc reviews. I hope you enjoy the series.

Those would need to be some Thicc reviews to match those thighs. Also just bought my copy I can't wait to read it.
