JTSS Jaina the slave chapter 1 - arrival

“This is amazing!” she cried and spun about. “I am beautiful!”
She started to tear up as the full weight of what she had done came crashing down on her. She was in New Eden a world created by a race of aliens known as the visitors. They arrived at the earth six years ago, and for the first two of them they spent every minute trying to communicate with humans. Mankind launched a hundred efforts to communicate back but they all failed. The visitors were so alien to us that language didn't seem to be a viable way to speak. Mathematics proved more successful and eventually some vague conversation were held in math. During this time the visitors discovered our internet, and by tapping into satellites learned about our games.
Months later the first drop pods arrived. Nobody had seen a visitor yet, they kept to their ships in orbit and broadcast their messages to no avail. When the pods landed around the world people thought to time had finally come. Instead the pods folded out into a sort of processing center. The visitors found a way to communicate through our games. They had created a digital world where people could enter and be anything imaginable free to sculpt themselves to their hearts content. They could be beautiful, strong, healthy, and powerful.
The processing centers held a dozen terminals where a person literally built themselves a new life, choosing a race, class, and subclass. OR if you played a human, a two full classes. Players could even play monsters gaining all sorts of special abilities as part of their race.
She liked the idea of having two classes but chose a monster race, something called a morph. If she leveled up high enough she could evolve into a mimic. Right now she could alter her form to look like any other humanoid of about her size. The form she wore now was her default image but she could change anything she wanted with but a thought. To test the idea she took a handful of her hair and concentrated, smiling as it turned red, then golden blond, then deep blue. She let the change go and it turned a deep black.
With another thought an orange display appeared before her face and she was ready to begin her adventure as she poked at her character sheet. She was a level 1 morph seductress. She was not an adventuring character, more so she was a social one. She could level up just by interacting with people, and even more, using her seductive powers to entice them.
“All I have to do is find a city,” she said as the hologram changed. Now she was looking at her skills.
[Change appearance, Seductive smile, erotic dance, healing kiss, claws, fluid form]
“Not much use in combat,” she said with a laugh.
Tapping at the air she winked the display away and looked at her outfit. It was more dress than armor, with the only leather protection appearing at her shoulders and chest. There was a small dagger at her hip, and a large pouch on the other. Inside she found basic gear, food, and some personal items.
“I guess I should wait for Roric,” she said and looked around the space. It was a windswept hill dominated by the ruins of an old building. The spawn point was inside the ruins but the roof was gone allowing her to see a sky that looked more like water. Everything looked clearer, or more sharp and she walked to some nearby stones to run a hand over their surface.
“It feels so real,” she exclaimed as the texture passed beneath her fingers. She smelled an air that was so clean she could scarcely believe it. It all felt perfect, like the world was meant to be.
“there you are, I have been looking at every spawn in the area,” came a familiar voice. She turned to see Roric standing tall, his wide frame sparkling in the sun. He too chose to play a monster race picking a gnoll as he preferred choice.
Now he stood nearby towering over her his blur fur spotted with gray patches rippling in the wind. He had a bushy main of hair down the back of his head and neck, His face very canine looking with a long snout ending in a black nose. He had short pointed ears and rich yellow eyes. He wore metal rings for armor that barely covered his chest. He chose a class called a conqueror because of its pure damage potential and toughness of body. He strode forward on pawed feet, shifting the backpack slung over his shoulder. She could see the axe on his back as it reflected the light. He was pure combat as she was pure non combat. The two hoping one would balance out the other.
“We finally did it,” he said with a toothy smile. “We made it to new Eden.”
“Oh, Roric, I can’t believe we did this, she said in a trembling voice. “We can never go back.”
“We won’t ever want to,” he replied and took her hands. “Look at us, were perfect in every way.”
“But we won’t ever see our families again,” she pressed.
“Some of us consider that a plus,” he laughed and pulled her into his arms. “All I need is you.”
“So, you still think you can protect me from all danger?”
“A few levels and I can start recruiting a pack, then we won’t have any trouble,” he assured her.
“Well we seem to be alone,” she said and gave him a seductive smile, trying out her skills.
“You little minx, you just can’t wait, can you?”
“No, but in this case we probably should leave the spawn. Don't’ want anybody arriving while we are in the middle of our love making.”
“Right,” he said and looked across the landscape. “I see a path, that will probably take us to a road. If we are lucky their will be a road sign and we can get our bearings.”
“I can’t believe how long we spent studying those maps,” she laughed.
“Well we couldn’t bring them in with us, but I hear chosen come in with whatever they have on them. I even hear some of them have cell phones still.”
So, lets follow the path then,” she said and squeezed his hand
Off they went down a dusty path admiring the world and pointing out the colors, and breadth of the land. It felt like they could see farther than on earth and that the whole of the world was a garden of Eden. Eventually they spotted a single ostrich like bird they knew as a camicuna a low level monster.
“Let’s have our first battle,” he said excitedly. “I will engage it and you try to get behind it to use your dagger.’
“Alright,” Jaina said and tensed as he drew that big axe, holding it in both hands.
“Well, here goes,” he said and rushed in with a war cry. The bird heard him coming and raised a wicked crooked beak to hiss at him. The two collided in a mighty swing of his axe but the bird side stepped him and bit back. Jaina rushed in with dagger in hand and tried to get around the beast. It squawked and flailed about but Roric kept it busy and soon landed a hit. Jaina got one of her own in and soon the beast fell over.
“We did it!” she exclaimed and pulled open her character sheet. “But wow that wasn't worth much. We will have to kill twenty of those to level.”
“Easily done,” He encouraged.
“Oh, James, I mean Roric, this is so much fun!”
“The fun comes later, unless this is secluded for you enough?” he teased.
“We can’t have sex where we killed the bird,” she laughed.
“Then lets go find a place, how about over that hill?” he urged.
She laughed at how eager he was. It was almost silly to rush things considering they were imortal and would be together for thousands of years. Still it wouldn’t hurt to test the waters and try him out, besides how often does a woman have a chance to make love to a gnoll?
