Module updates and two new releases!

Hi everyone!

With the 0.7.5 release imminent and about to drop on the stable branch, I 've gone through my modules and updated them yesterday to be 0.7.x compatible. There were a couple of issues with Permission Viewer and Furnace particularly, but now they should be good and ready for the stable 0.7.5 release! See full changelog for Permission Viewer, Furnace, PopOut!, LMRTFY and Polylgot below.

I've also spent today releasing two new modules that I'm very happy to share! These two modules are the culmination of weeks of head banging into how to easily integrate the Vue library with a handlebars based system for The Forge. I've found that to be so useful, I thought it was worth taking the time to rip that functionality out of The Forge's codebase  and make it into a couple of modules for the greater Foundry community to take advantage of.

Note that both modules released today are library modules which means that they don't provide any functionality to you as a user, but other developers can make use of them and build cool new things with that.

The first one is Dlopen which is a simple dynamic library loader with a dependency system to allow modules to load external libraries on demand only when they need them, but would also prevent two separate modules from trying to load the same library twice, possibly causing conflicts.

The second one is VuePort which makes it easy to integrate the Vue framework within the Foundry VTT UI. The Vue framework is what allowed me to make these awesome reactive interfaces on The Forge's website (the new assets library and the new game setup page), so hopefully we'll see more modules taking advantage of that!

Furnace: 

• 0.7.x: Fix dropping an actor's folder onto a scne
• 0.7.x: Fix token vision toggle button not responding immediately to the change
• 0.7.x: Fix issue with parsing macros from chat
• 0.7.x: Fix duplication of some UI elements in Drawing's Config window (like with multilevel tokens)
• Added support for many more translated content
• Fix text drawings losing changes to the text if they get moved after being modified
• Added Spanish translations
• Added partial Chinese translation

PopOut!

• Closing a popout will now actually close it instead of popping it back in
• Added a PopIn! button specifically for popping back popouts into Foundry's main window
• Don't close popouts when pressing ESC key
• Added hooks and developer oriented changes to make other modules work better with popout
• Fix issue with some dialogs (spell or ability roll queries) from a sheet appearing in the main window instead of the sheet
• Added support for translations

Let Me Roll That For You!

• Fix issue when sending a request to "controlled tokens" would ignore the selected tokens in the GM's dialog
• Add a notification to the GM when the request is sent so they know the click succeeded

Permission Viewer

• 0.7.x: Fix issue where the share button wasn't being displayed anymore
• Don't show a query to the user to migrate the data when on a world that has nothing to migrate (new worlds for example)
• Fix issue where clicking the share button in the native app would prompt the user to quit the application

Polyglot

• Fixed some language issues for warhammer system (by @Magus)
• Improve NPC custom language detection (by @Magus)
• 0.7.x: Fix a crash when the module is loaded before the canvas is ready (by @Magus)
