Heather news, relationship retcon incoming.

Royal road voted in favor of having the relationship, but keeping it in the background which is what I wanted. However, if you read the comments it is a different story. This chapter got a lot more comments than I usually get and the VAST majority of them want the relationship, but they want it to develop more slowly over the chapters. This means I have to put some focus on the relationship in order to develop it. Which I thought I was already doing with how Heather goes insane whenever Frank is in danger, and how Frank always fights to protect her. I thought the scene in the palanquin when she was laying against his chest so they could use her panel was a good clue, but it missed. Anyway, I have a choice now. Put more focus on a slowly building relationship and ensure it is obvious, OR abandon it altogether.
After trying to build a few timelines, and realizing this interferes with a story arc I need frank to be in a relationship for I have to admit it needs to be abandoned. I can resolve the Frank arc one of two ways, by forming a relationship with Quinny where the two admit they have secretly been spending time together off screen, or I introduce a new character I already have developed and had intended to use as a rather bold, and forward character. She was meant to make Heather uncomfortable with her brashness, but she can be used as a means to land Frank with a girlfriend for the arc.
