R20Exporter/Converter 0.3 update
Added 2019-07-08 04:42:25 +0000 UTCAs promised in my earlier post, here is the update to the R20Exporter and R20Converter tools.

There's also a little python script in there to compare two worlds and check for differences. I used it mostly to see what changed in the file schema between FVTT 0.3.0 and 0.3.2 but maybe you'll find some good use for it.
