Updates and updates and updates!

Hey everyone!

Things have been a bit chaotic lately as I've tackled so many different things in parallel! But it's finally time to talk about all the stuff I've done in the past few weeks.

First of all, Beyond20 version 0.4 was released a few days ago. I wanted to get that out of the way first, and it finally has full support for FVTT (including query for advantage, and replace rolls in descriptions, etc..). I've also improved the way rolls are printed so it looks nicer! Unfortunately, it might take a few more days before it becomes available on the chrome webstore because of the broad permissions it gets (EDIT: The update just got accepted on the chrome webstore and is available for all!). I'll be trying to change that for the next release, though it will mean you'll need to click on the Beyond20 icon on the FVTT page every time you open it if you wish for it to activate it.

Second set of updates were my modules for FVTT. I've released updates for both the EntityOrder and the PermissionViewer modules. I'm going to wait until FVTT 0.3.3 is released before I release the update to the InfiniteFolders module.

For those who haven't been following the development on the FVTT discord server, the EntityOrder module allows you to re-order your journal entries/actors/items/scenes.. however you see fit, and with the latest update, you can now also drag&drop your folders to re-order them. I needed to finish this so I can make use of it in the R20Converter update. Now your journal entries will appear in the same order as they were on Roll20 if you use R20Converter.

As for the PermissionViewer module, it lets you see which entries are shared with which players. It also allows you to share a handout if you wish to do so when you click on the "Show to Players" button.

Now let's talk about the updates to my R20 Exporter and R20 Converter tools. For those who don't know, I've decided to leave Roll20 for good and I'm now a big fan of Foundry VTT. I've been asked in the D&D Forums on what I like about FVTT, so for those unfamiliar with it, you can read my answer here. For the others, well, I've worked very hard on saving myself a lot of headaches by automating the process of moving from Roll20 to FVTT, and that lead me to create two scripts. R20Exporter which can be used to export an entire Roll20 campaign into a ZIP file, and R20Converter which can convert that zip file into a FVTT world directory. For now, those tools are for patreon subscribers only.

This update to R20Exporter fixes a few bugs that my patrons reported, adds support for downloading of multisided tokens, and adds an all new UI making it much easier to use now.

Here's a a little GIF to show it off :

The final thing that gets updated is the R20Converter script itself, which fixes a lot of other small bugs, upgrades the world file schema to the 0.3.2 release of FVTT and makes use of the new features that were released there, such as setting the order of folders and entities (for EntityOrder module to use) and support for multisided tokens. It will now also auto-replace cross links of handouts and items/actors in the description/bio of the entities, as well as replace Roll20 compendium links with SRD items. Unfortunately, I haven't had time yet to add support for character and NPC sheets, but that's the next thing on my TODO list!

For R20Exporter and R20Converter, I will be packaging it, doing a final little test then I'll release it later tonight for my patrons, so keep an eye out for that update.

Thanks for reading, and thanks everyone for your support!
