I am now dabbling in nonsense.

When I started this journey to write my story I had plans. I was going to write the most amazing story and an agent was going to snap it up and lead me on a wild ride of book signings and panel discussions at conventions.

Needless to say that didn't happen. A hundred query letters later and I was still agent less.

That was when I explored other options and found Royalroad. From here a whole new world of possibilities opened to me as well as a whole new genre of fiction. That being LitRPG.

The first one I started to read was the Wandering Inn. I was amazed that this form of storytelling existed. I had no idea that anybody would want to read stories like this.

However, I had my story and I focused on writing it. I love the Dragon Knight Prophecy and I will NEVER stop writing it. However I keep returning to the LitRPG format and thinking, could I write something like that?

Today September twenty second, a date which shall live in infamy, I have birthed to the world. Heather the Necromancer, my fist attempt at a LitRPG. May the gods protect you all. Currently it's in the approval process, but assuming it is approved I will release several small chapters a week. By small I mean 1.5-2.5k words per chapter. I do not intend for this to distract in any way from the dragon knight prophecy. In fact if I find I have limited time this new story will fall by the wayside until I have time to work on it.

I don't know if I have the talent to write a story like this. I am going to give it a few chapters, see how well it is received and go from there.

But let me repeat this. The Dragon Knight Prophecy is my heart and soul. If I stop writing that story, I die. I am as bound to those characters as they are to each other. I don't want anyone to worry I am going to abandon that story. I already have another few thousand pages of it written, and a massive story map that spans thirty seven more books. So good luck trying to reach the end of that one.
