Top 20 Waifus

This list has gone through many evolutions over the years, and as noticed tastes do change with time. However, I can say that my top picks haven't changed that much. Scathach has always been on my list and so has Mao and Doctor Durel. That being said, this isn't the list of "best female characters", but waifus. So, it's pretty much where you would put them on a hotness scale and which ones you'd want to bed most, lol.
I've also omitted numbers from my list, since the positions of the girls changes continuously that I could be bothered. But I guess a rough scaling would be top row to bottom row order.
This list consists entirely of characters from anime/manga that are non-hentai (although, there can be an argument made for World End Harem and Interspecies Reviewers, though I'd consider these two hardcore ecchi). I'll do another one exclusively for hentai waifus.
Anyhow, I'm curious to know what your personal lists would be, so feel free to share if you like. Rules are simple:
1. Only one girl per franchise/series can be on the list at all times.
2. Any that don't make the list can end up in Honourable Mentions, even if you have girls from the same franchise, but the list needs to be small otherwise we'll be here forever, lol.
3. No Lolis. Sorry, I use this rule out of habit and principle. Age-looking appropriate waifus only.
4. No girls from hentai (yet).
