Yes, I have heard about people losing the ability to view the locked images. Firstly, Patreon site is very safe and reliable. We found that most of such cases are because the user payments have encountered some problems, such as the the credit card providers don't allow suspicious online transactions, maybe because they haven't heard of Patreon. That's why the site didn't get the payment from you, and thus it blocked your access. Again, this site is safe.
