Go over the data regarding geological strata showing that the Earth is in fact billions of years old. Not a talking point for non-YECs but good to cover our bases. 2. Dig deep into phylogenesis to see how all life, including humans, has been shown to diverge from common ancestors, we'll also cover the often fallaciously/deceptively presented concept of "direct ancestors" and "why we still have apes." (Slide #12 will shock you!) 3. We'll cover historical evidence from nearby regions of the cataclysmic events of the Bible and how their lives appear to have continued as normal, not being subject to global floods or wacky plagues. 4. Look far, far into the past using data about the cosmic microwave background that we have observed for decades now, and how all evidence shows that far in the past, our local universe appears to have been all part of a singularity, and as mind-boggling as these concepts can feel, don't worry, we'll go into enough detail to where even a fellow commenter will be an expert! 5. Finally, we'll have an in-depth crash course in abiogenesis, using everything we learned here and more, ending with a triumphant victory lap, tying together everything into a single cohesive model on how life arose and how nothing of note from the Bible or any other holy texts appears to have had any mark in actual history or real life in general.
