Only when they're rich. Also, apparently DC recently said Bruce Wayne is an atheist. Which much like Tony Stark I have to ask, you have proof that a number of pantheons exist. How do you not believe in ANY god?

2022-11-10 18:32:02 +0000 UTCThe one argument that can't be refuted in a civil conversation is their personal experience story. "I was there, I saw they UFO" or "I saw Jesus while I was in a coma". They have no way to prove their claim, I have no way to refute it with any kind of evidence. So it just brings the conversation to an end. And it's aggravating when it happens. So I try really hard to keep from going there, keep the conversation focused on claims we can actually talk about. It boils down to, no matter the topic, "I choose to believe this thing I believe" and that's all there is to it. They might think they have a rock solid case, but as it unravels they turtle up with their ego safely guarded and fall back to "I know what I know and you can't change my mind". Sad really.
