2025-07-30 14:59:11 +0000 UTCI think one of the great things about Miss Rachel is the way she is, for lack of a better way to put it, normalizing resistance. She didn't make her statement be "I can't believe you people aren't speaking out and yet expect me to work with you." She could have made a point about scolding people and reminding them of the magnitude of the horrors. But she didn't. She said it politely and formally in a manner that came off as a business communication. And doing that sends the message that you don't have to be radical and obsessed with the destruction. You just have to CARE. She cares, and not in some unique way, but because she cares about all people so OF COURSE she cares about these people.
