Please put Drop Dead Fred (1991) on a future poll. And since I know you like to do rather specific polls, while you could put it in 90's comedies, you could also count it as a legitimate portrait of a mental illness. It was also a childhood favorite of mine starring the late Rick Mayall, plus Princess Leia herself Carrie Fisher
