2023-04-15 03:59:10 +0000 UTCas a former lifeguard take your time man. saving a life is amazing but extremely stressful. I sympathize. if one of our guards saves someone we send them home because they are usually either a wreck or too hyped up and then crash when the adrenaline rush is gone.

There are specific skills anyone can learn that may end up saving someone in the future, I’d love to hear you discuss whatever happened whenever you’re comfortable! It could inspire someone to learn something and possibly save more lives :)
