2022-04-09 19:45:39 +0000 UTCAt the end you said what I think is the biggest flaw of this film. That the social commentary is there but it’s overshadowed by the over the top gory camp of the film. Which is the main entertainment focal moreso than thinking about the social implications about a war centered mindset. But it’s still there enough to still see it. So I give it a pass since it’s still an entertaining film with pretty good characters. But yeah, a Verhoeven film that showcases its satire better is Robocop. That’s one that really puts it out there much clearer.

2021-09-07 00:05:12 +0000 UTCThat's how it works, there's no link that syncs it for you if that's what you're thinking. You basically have the two videos side by side. I usually pause James' video when he shows the sync point, then adjust the movie to have it paused at that same point and then hit play on both of them. You need your own copy of the movie, I usually rent them of Youtube or Amazon Prime.

I’m having to sync up based on visuals because your video has about 4 minutes of pre-movie commentary, if there is a link I’m suppose to click, I’m not seeing it.
