I remember reading the screenplay for Twister. The reason I was actually interested in reading it was because my favorite author worked on it! Yay Michael Chrichton! Rest in pease! One film I think you may enjoy though that I don't think I've seen (I'm new so maybe it was mentioned earlier) mentioned before is Blood In Blood Out: Bound by Honor. It's a lengthy one, but the story is pretty amazing. It has some Spanish in it so subtitles are a must if you don't speak the language.

2021-05-02 22:27:11 +0000 UTCI have a soft spot for Twister because it reminds me so much of the area I grew up at, but it is such a goofy movie. It is wonderfully made though. Poor Paxton & Hunt's eyes. That was an interesting story.

2021-05-02 21:26:52 +0000 UTCGreat trio of films. ... Once Upon A Time In The West was Henry Fonda's first villainous role ... With Twister, in the original script and rough cut of the film, only 2 of the characters survived because realistically it is what would have happened. However, the studio balked at it. As for a piece of crew trivia: Jan De Bont was the cinematographer on Twister before he started directing his own films.
