The Last of the Mohicans, the one with Daniel Day Lewis, or the other one from the 60's?
2021-04-25 18:39:06 +0000 UTCI apologize, I spoke too early and it won. So please keep "Once Upon A Time In The West" in future polls, it was just such a well-shot and -acted movie. The beginning still gives me chills.

2021-04-24 09:59:56 +0000 UTCHopefully, The Fountain will have its moment

2021-04-20 13:40:28 +0000 UTCSo glad to see True Romance doing well in the poll! I'm only voting for it this round because I'd hate for one of my other pics to end up knocking it into 3rd spot.

2021-04-20 11:45:49 +0000 UTCThank you for finally including True Romance, even if it did get edged out. Please keep it in future polls.

2021-04-20 09:17:38 +0000 UTCSince others can't see who voted for which film it would be impossible to know if someone had cast multiple votes. James is looking for two films to react to so I would consider that an invitation to vote for at least two.

2021-04-20 06:17:09 +0000 UTCthe end of last of mohicans and sountrack are incredible. i still think brazil would be great since it is terry gilliams best work. dr. strangelove would be wonderful too....cutting satire from kubriak.

2021-04-20 04:24:57 +0000 UTCI just realized I can vote for multiple films in one poll (relatively new to Patreon). Is voting for more than one film on these polls considered poor manners?
Yours truly, Johnny Dollar
2021-04-20 00:22:36 +0000 UTCThe Fountain and Brall in Cell 99 are both probably Thursday watches, but I'm still excited about this whole list
Matt
2021-04-19 23:43:48 +0000 UTCThe last of the mohicans! I’m Mohawk so it’s a must watch haha.
Darrell Maracle
2021-04-19 22:02:06 +0000 UTCthey shot that over 3 days. Tarantino scripted it
Jon Bradley
2021-04-19 21:48:38 +0000 UTCLast of the Mohicans and True Romance? ... Gotta go with both of them. Michael Mann did Last of the Mohicans and it has some of the most stunning shots in it. .... True Romance was written by Quentin Tarantino before he ever did Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction while Tony Scott directed it. The casting is amazing. Val Kilmer as the ghost of Elvis plus you have an early performance by James Gandolfini along with Chris Penn, Tom Sizemore, Bronson Pinchot, Dennis Hopper, Christopher Walken, Brad Pitt (as Floyd the stoner roommate), etc ... the scene between Hopper and Walken is one for the ages
Jon Bradley
2021-04-19 21:48:11 +0000 UTCTrue Romance - the scene between Dennis Hopper and Christopher Walken alone would top anything on this list.
2021-04-19 21:27:36 +0000 UTCA quick request to include Oh, Brother Were Art Thou in future polls. Thanks...

2021-04-19 20:24:50 +0000 UTCDragged Across Concrete was dynamite too

2021-04-19 20:06:36 +0000 UTCFor future polls, consider the Korean action movie The Man From Nowhere. Makes me cry every. damn. time.
2021-04-19 20:06:29 +0000 UTCTrue Romance is Tarantino's absolute best film that he did not Direct.
2021-04-19 18:44:42 +0000 UTCCome on Last of the Mohicans!
Sonia Deepak
2021-04-19 18:05:55 +0000 UTCAlready seen it, so I may just wait until a Thursday post for something like that.

2021-04-19 17:44:12 +0000 UTCBrawl is such an oddly good movie. Vince Vaughn is terrific in it!
Penultimate Tommy Wiseau
2021-04-19 17:29:02 +0000 UTCI would vote for Adaptation twice if I could
2021-04-19 16:41:34 +0000 UTCGhost Dog is like the best low budget mob movie with quotes taken from the Hagakure book
Raymond Francis
2021-04-19 16:35:21 +0000 UTCReally hoping for The Fountain and Last of the Mohicans. Two of my favorite films 🙏 I would be happy to see King of Comedy and Adaptation win at some point too.

2021-04-19 16:31:35 +0000 UTCI want to create more accounts just so I can vote for The Hunt again (but won't because I'm not crazy haha)! Glad to see it's at least in the running this time!
Jeremy Lindstrom
2021-04-19 16:22:07 +0000 UTCReally sad. It'd be one of, if not the best movie on any poll.

2021-04-19 16:18:57 +0000 UTCIf you liked Ford vs. Ferrari you'll love the fastest Indian also Anthony Hopkins what else do I need to say.

2021-04-19 16:18:46 +0000 UTCThe same director also recently did a movie with Mads called 'Druk' or 'Another Round' which was also extremely fucked up. I recommend both films highly.
Glenna
2021-04-19 16:16:45 +0000 UTCJagten is seriously amazing. My husband hated it because of the way it made him feel, and i loved it for the way it made me feel. It's pretty polarizing in that way, but I think you'd really enjoy it james :)
Glenna
2021-04-19 16:14:50 +0000 UTCJames regularly asks for suggestions, so make sure you look out for those posts; you'll get a chance to add your favourites to the polls.

2021-04-19 15:46:32 +0000 UTCI'd love to see The Fountain top one of these polls, but sadly I'm not sure it will. Too obscure and niche to win.
Richard Akhtar-Dobson
2021-04-19 15:44:35 +0000 UTCI strongly endorse this sentiment.
Yours truly, Johnny Dollar
2021-04-19 15:42:11 +0000 UTCHaving just joined this Pateron after following the channel for a few months, none of these are for me, unfortunately. I haven’t seen any of these. And only heard of a few in passing. I hope there does come a movie that I’m familiar with.

2021-04-19 15:39:43 +0000 UTCOnce Upon A Time In The West ! Yes thank you !
Coleyra
2021-04-19 15:35:51 +0000 UTCY Tu Mama and Ghost are my choices. I really think James would appreciate both films immensely.

2021-04-19 15:34:39 +0000 UTCTrue Romance! Tony Scott's best film.
2021-04-19 15:30:26 +0000 UTCAdaptation is so great! Let’s make it happen!

2021-04-19 15:28:33 +0000 UTCOh man, True Romance is such a hidden gem! Can't recommend that one enough! The Last of the Mohicans is an absolute classic, a genuine "must" for film lovers!
