anything but The Lobster

Moisty Justice

How is it you've never reviewed Kung Fu Hustle? The camera work is right up your alley.

Bd Blake

Hacksaw ridge my man, Hacksaw ridge⚠️ great show, Go Philly🦅

Hey James, I highly recommend the best King Arthur story put to screen: John Boorman's Excalibur (1981). It fits in all the major beats of the entire legend and is visually striking. The cast includes a number of (to filmgoers) then-unknown stage actors in supporting roles: Gabriel Byrne, Patrick Stewart, Liam Neeson, and Helen Mirren - plus Nicol Williamson who steals every scene as Merlin.

Christiaan Van den Akker

Next poll recommendation : Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy. I don't expect it will do good in the poll. Very underrated movie IMO. Worth watching for the tone only. Until then lets enjoy Apollo 13 :)

F Yale

Yes! You must watch Kids!

Juley

Gahhh Gravity is so close!

Sonia Deepak

Have any Altman movies been in the polls in the past? I feel like that is one of the few great American directors to have not had any films on this channel yet.

Yours truly, Johnny Dollar

The Lobster is right there

Matt

Back to Wes Anderson early stuff. Rushmore and Royal Tenenbaum. Please and Thank you....

SevilNatas

Please consider putting K.I.D.S on your next poll!!

Juan Pablo Camero

Would be great to see your thoughts on Hot Fuzz, another classic Edgar Wright movie

Jack Ryan

Hacksaw Ridge is corny af. The only good part is the last part of the movie when he goes full hero mode. It’s a story based on the life of a truly great man, but the first two thirds are so cookie-cutter Hollywood and boring. Very overrated IMO.

If you did end up watching This Is England, you should definitely check out the three mini series that were made after.

Sean Turner

Ummm no one is stating you should never watch the movie again. This film was made with IMAX screens and sound systems in mind. If you saw this film at the IMAX like I did when it opened you would understand.

Welp, that didn't last

Ken

Better on the big screen for sure but a disservice is a strong.

Sadly Gravity is best suited for a large screen and an obeying sound system. You would be doing this film a disservice by watching it on a computer screen.

The Sting is too classic to pass up

Jon Bradley

This is hilarious 😂

James Adams

Biggest one I’m waiting for you to see is Harold and Maude.

Randall Bott

I don't want to jinx it but The Handmaiden's off to a strong early start.

Ken

My three favorite out of this group is The Sting, Hacksaw Ridge, and Apollo 13

Cody Price

Cheering for Gravity on this one!

Sonia Deepak

The Fountain's competition is getting smaller and smaller. Soon...

Zoheb Satta

I'm feeling it's finally The Lobster's week!

Dustin Bruce

My favorite weekly $1 horse race.

kimsmk

The Fountain PLEASE! Especially since you love Hugh Jackman! You’ll love this emotional journey.

Brittyn Lindsey

The Sting is a great movie, 100 times better than Ocean's 11

Thank you for Apollo 13 option! You rock!

Jiri Luza

Have you seen either Legend with Tom Hardy, or Layer Cake, with Daniel Craig bud? Very different films but both excellent British Gangland movies. I'd also love to see Jet Li's Fearless make an appearance in a future poll

Paul Boden

I think you'd really enjoy Hacksaw Ridge now while you're in the middle of watching BoB.

Solaris!!!

Jansson

OOOOOOHHHHH The Sting! Classic. If you dug the Ocean's movies you will love this.

Jason Cooley

The Sting is such an underrated masterpiece. Deserves all the Oscars it got
