Watchers Plus Tier

Apart from all rewards the Watcher's Tier gives you, it also grants you the chance to vote on a monthly Cel shaded picture I will do exclusively for Patreon and also grant access to WIPS for projects such as the monthly picture, and even future comics and the like.
