Monthly Picture Adjustments
Added 2018-08-30 01:25:43 +0000 UTCSo, a little announcement for everyone who doesn't know.
The monthly picture will now be polls containing 10 characters instead of 5. And the top 5 characters voted will be sketched, with the poll winner being fully coloured.
The person who suggested the poll winner CANNOT participate consecutively, so will have to refrain from suggestion until the month after.
This rule does NOT apply to runner ups though.
