[NEWS] Padme's Halloween update

As I got into the Halloween story I started backfilling some story points and realized that about half of what I'd written was just another story. So I cut it out and expanded it a bit and it's now another chapter. The Halloween story is still a WIP but there's a bunch there already. I also want to write something for Leia as well, but we'll see if I have time.
