something I forgot to said is the most voted drawing will be for tier 3 and the less voted will be for tier 1. you can understand better reading the example bellow
Tier 3: 75%
Tier 2: 50%
Tier 1: 25%
Early Access 1: 15%
Early Access 2: 10%
for now things will work like this, next month I'll be thinking on fairer ways for separate the tier exclusives
