Cozers are a species of tiny, four-inch-tall humanoid from a nearby timeline. They have long arms, round noses, and enormous ears in comparison to their otherwise small heads. Cozers can speak most common languages of this timeline, depending on where they are, but also have their own language, which they often speak to themselves while going about their business. To most humans, this dialect sounds like a soft, gentle mumble.

Cozers sew their own clothes, dressing in robes of muted colors. The most colorful items they wear are their tall pointy hats, which come in an array of hues—like red, green, and yellow—but even those are not particularly bright. Their beady eyes are a shade of flickering emerald.

The entire life of a cozer is dedicated to one thing: being cozy. Despite their natural habitat being cold, wet, temperate forests, cozers spend most of their time warm and dry. They are known for their quaint little dens, usually constructed under tree roots or against large rocks, and featuring an array of miniature furniture, from rugs, to bookshelves, to beds. All of these items are built by the cozer.

Cozers spend their days reading, planting small gardens, drinking tea and foraging for mushrooms.
