Lvl 1 Poll -Update 7.5- What story to continue?

Hey everyone,
It's poll-time again! And by casting your vote, you will determine the development direction of this game :)
So please let me know, which story I should expand this time!
1. Lorza her storyline! Lorza was about to demonstrate her massage skills to Keen, when suddenly a busload of guests arrived. Now, several sticky situations later, Keen is finally getting closer to his happy end!... Choose this option and I will finish this storyline!
2. Rosa & Hank their storyline! Realizing that their daughters can manage themselves, Hank & Rosa decide to spend some quality time together...& Keen quickly gets 'tangled up' in another dubious situation. Choose this option and I will reveal more of Rosa and her secret hobby!
3. The Doctors storyline! Time for a checkup! Keen decides to show his 'growing problem' to the Doc, hoping she has a cure to temper it :) Are you ready to meet Sophie's sister? Choose this option and I will start a new storyline!
Besides this, I will also try to finish Yi-jie her storyline. I already made most preparations for this last part, so that should be relatively easy now :)

2021-12-07 12:21:11 +0000 UTCYeah, I can see the risk of having characters whose unique personalities start to "overlap" with one another as the story's cast expands. The more characters we meet, the harder it may become to keep them all as unique and distinct as you'd like them to be. Good luck!

I mean, yeah, it would be fun to have ongoing access to tales of Keen and his friends, but realistically, you're only one person. It would be cruel to expect anyone -- especially a creative artist type like yourself -- to be "chained" to one project forever. Maybe one day you'll want to re-visit Keen -- or his universe, or his friends -- again, but we *will* let you rest when you decide this game is done! :-)

2021-12-04 06:21:14 +0000 UTCThat could certainly work- and I did fantasize in that direction as well :) But I was a bit afraid she would then get the same attitude as Sandy... I was also thinking about a slight variation on that; making her a bit confused, or messy- and too fucussed on the job/ less caring about the people who it's about. And in the end she would indeed warm up/focus on...Keen ;)

But perhaps it would also be nice to get some closure at some point? Right now there is a big plot planned, and once Keen went through that, this story will be complete. ...But perhaps Keen can visit another planet or so, and continue to have adventures there? ;)

2021-11-26 23:43:11 +0000 UTCI beleive that the Doctor is a twin of her sister. Body shape and hair would be the same, however her hair should be up, no glasses, In a white Doctors smock. I would like her to be no nonsense cold Professional who is suffering being on a ship thats in such poor repair. In comes Keen, who repairs various problems and worms his way into her heart.

So doing these polls, really helps me to commit to my own deadlines. And besides that... all three options sprung from my fantasy, so I'd be happy to work on any of them of course :) All the best! These kinds of long-term creative projects can be a lot of work, so you've got to entertain yourself as well, while you're working to entertain others. My take, anyway. Cheers!

Unless people in general -- not pointing at the original poster here -- are angling for an "Oooh! Keen + Identical Twins!" porn-y bullshit angle. I say "porn-y bullshit" because while I know Keen is a "sexy fantasy" game, it has also repeatedly tried to sidestep a lot of the "Oh, this? Again???" porn cliches -- or to reinterpret them into something less grindingly (pun intended) familiar. Space Rescue also has legitimate characters at the core of the sexy goings-on -- quite the triumph for a humorous cartoon sexy game, and in my opinion for Robin as its creator -- so yeah, I've gotta look skeptically on any suggestion of a Keen + Identical Twin Sisters scenario at this juncture. :) My opinions only, of course. Robin, as ever, it's your project, so do what you think is best. Your work thus far shows that you know what you're doing!

2021-11-26 00:11:36 +0000 UTCI thought about that as well. I think it would be most interesting to either make them very similar, or opposites. But since Mindy and Sandy are already opposites, I strongly lean toward giving her a similar body type to Sophie... But suggestions are welcome!
