I just finished Again My Life with Lee Joon-Gi, which sadly bored me to tears, but I stuck with it because Lee Joon-Gi is an absolute dream in it. How a man who was 40 yo when the drama aired played his character at both 20 and 30 and believably looked both ages is beyond me. He is just magical, but the drama...sigh...was not, at least for me. But I am super excited to dive into Pachinko S2. AND I promised Afternoona Asks Sarah that I would start No Gain No Love, so that is on the docket too.

Screenwriter of Goblin, King EM, Descendants of the Sun…and Mr Sunshine, which I haven’t seen. Warning for podcaster, there is piano playing by the second ML, but totally worth it for what the main couple is doing 🔥🔥

Captain RI & Empress Ki (stunt woman) such chemistry, unexpected kisses, body swapping, love triangles (squares/pentagons?) There is a lot of wrist grabbing, the furs and the harmonium on the OST are dated, but the cast more than makes up for it. 🥰🥰🥰

The tears were flowing, the acting top notch and my anger toward domestic violence even more on fire. SO many feels. Love Next Door-This has been such a fun one to watch. I am especially in love with the 2ML/2FL’s story. My gut thoughts on the direction of this drama came to fruition this weekend. ML/FL’s chemistry is just fabulous! No Gain, No Love-Oh yeah, watching the ML’s cat like eyes and the FL’s entire being interact has been a joy to watch! Predictable but slightly twisty to boot, keeping it fun for all of us. A cameo from BWS was never going to feed our hunger to see more from him but it was delightful nonetheless. Are You Sure?! I think I gained sympathy weight from watching all the food consumed on this weeks episode! So fun, as always, watching these guys but I really missed the extra dynamic that V brings to to these two. Sad that this is winding down as it has brought so much joy to Thursdays. Legally Romane-CDrama that was a recommend on Reddit. Loving the ML, who is an ex-idol from EXO, and the FL’s feistiness. It’s a law school/law firm centered drama that involves time travel (very rare in CDramas from what I have read). SO good! Cinderella at 2pm-hanging in there because I really like the ML but, overall, it’s okay. I really dislike the controlling mother of the ML using her sons as financial pawns trope. Ugh! Just frustration but it does move the story along. Happy Viewing everyone! Have a great week!🌈💜
