2024-06-23 04:50:14 +0000 UTCI haven't posted in the watch thread for awhile because damn if life hasn't been extra busy the past month! But I'm back with some free time finally! Currently loving The Double. Up to ep9 of Midnight Romance and I'm really enjoying the leads but the cram school/ teaching subject matter still kind of bores me. Plugged into Fox Spirit Matchmaker Red Moon Pact - watching it slowly but surely and think it's cute so far. Also watching Missing Crown Prince which is okay but not stunning. And finally started watching Moving as a buddy watch with my new SO. Like it except for some of the graphic parts! Going to start the new Luo Yunxi drama tonight!

2024-06-23 04:23:11 +0000 UTCI’ve enjoyed watching shorter dramas in recent weeks due to lack of time: — finally binged Unknown (a wild ride that I’m glad I finally pressed play on) and Kiseki (ditto) — if I can rec anything this week it’d be Splash Splash Love — a 2015 k-drama that is only two hours long..! The Drama Trio (Jess, Liliana, Caitlin) piqued my curiosity when they chose it as one of their top shows of the decade. It was such a joy: completely bananas and appropriately fluffy. I smiled through the whole thing, properly laughed out loud at parts, and as soon as it ended I wanted to rewatch. Reminded me of why I love k-dramas so much — and, not short form, but I finished Everyone Loves Me, a modern c-drama. It’s a mistaken identities situation for the first part and the scene in which the ML realises who the FL actually is was so chaotic and hilarious that I rewound about 7 times to revel in the reveal Happy watching to all 😊 Always love reading everyone’s thoughts.
