Also, excellent Twinkling Watermelon sales from some of you. I need to hunker in for some drama blessings this wet weekend!
Also I shared some fun writing news today (new books out in 2025 and 2026) and I want to truly express gratitude to all of you for helping me get excited to write again under my romance pen name. I always felt like I would get back on the ol’ horse, but decided to just wait for the right weird time. K-dramas have been filling my creative bucket for years now and getting to hash out plots with Megan and Amy and all of you? It gave me the itch in a big way. So when I got a fun P&P idea in the shower (really) and took it to my agent and she was like k…but can it be time travel?
I was like … why in Kdrama not??? Let’s be brave and let’s go! Xxx

Re episode 19, i wish they scrapped what they did and spent more time and thought on the Qing princess storyline. She gave up too easily last night. It didn't make sense.

I didn’t madly love the whole episode 19 think BUT I did enjoy it and was flipping glad they didn’t drag it out cos I’d have been very mad. Twinkling Watermelon absolutely landed it’s finale, I only wanted a bit more which is my only criticism (cos I can live with the big plot holes) Top 5 of 2023 drama for me too! A Good Day to be a Dog spoilt us with a whole TWO episodes. I didn’t know what to do with myself. It seems all to be linked to their joint pasts…? Still loving Perfect Marriage Revenge for all it’s Makjang soapy glory. However losing the love on Castaway Diva, it’s just not doing it for me but I will finish it just to get to the end Still on Smile has Left Your Eyes and Law School which are ticking by in the gaps between all these shows!
