I would like to suggest a food thread on the Patreon site. I don’t live in a very culturally diverse area, so I haven’t had an opportunity to try some of the great looking Korean foods I see in kdramas. I recently tried my hand at making kimchi fried rice and tofu kimchi stew. I have no idea if it tastes anything like the authentic dishes, but I really liked them! And I just listened to a great podcast on the history of ramen. I would love to share this with the community, and hopefully get some more recipes from other members.

Thank you for this thread! I discovered Korean bapsang and gonna try the cold noodles recipe tomorrow. I eat too much ramen and my family loves bulgogi and bibimbap. It’s not easy to find ingredients so thank good for Amazon!
