Happy Comfy Day

I don’t know who makes this stuff up but would like to propose this is an international holiday.
Do you have a comfy set up to watch dramas most happily? I watch almost exclusively on my phone…and often under a down sleeping bag on my couch with a cup of tea (all hours) or an occasional whisky (after hours).

I have a TV, but it's in the living room, and I like to cozy up in bed and watch dramas until I fall asleep, so for this reason I watch on my laptop as well. If I get some time to myself w/o the kiddos on the weekend, I'll do the TV. But usually it's the smaller screen. As long as it's no my phone! I've watched on my phone out of necessity, but it's not my preference. I don't know how Megan and Lia do it on the regular! (Amy)

2023-02-26 16:15:20 +0000 UTCI cozy into my very uncomfortable couch wrapped in a quilt my mom made for me. I usually have a warm beverage, and I usually am up until 2 in the morning. I'm planning on getting a new couch in April (this one was interim--long, boring story), and I'm going to make sure it is comfortable as hell. I don't have a TV, since they're big and my flat has very limited space. I wish I didn't have to watch on my laptop, but sacrifices have to be made in life.

2023-02-21 23:27:59 +0000 UTCSo I’ve just recently upgraded my setup. To maximise sleep in our mixed neurodivergent household we sleep 1 adult 1 child per bed. So I share mine with my little girl. However when she senses and discovers I am not with her (cos I’m watching KDrama downstairs or in my study) she wakes up and comes finds me and then takes ages to go back to bed. So to maximise her sleep and my KDrama time I now watch tv in bed with her, as she’s not disturbed by the light. I have a pretty old telly that still has a headphone Jack so I got a super long cable and run a set of super comfy massive headphones to the tv and now watch it in bed, with a sleeping child. She loves a nightlight so I can actually have a small crafting LED lamp on AND knit or crochet to my KDrama. I love my new setup! Plus this winter I got a heated blanket, so we could turn the heating off earlier in the evening as I’m now no longer in other rooms. And it is lush. Ahjumma + heated blanket = joy
