(Again) and it suddenly struck me that it's totally the plot of Pride and Prejudice, but with (SPOILER) the childhood kidnapping instead of the sister's elopement. Father who can't afford to support all his daughters, Arrogant ML who proposes too soon and obnoxiously, etc. And if that makes Kang Ki Young Mr. Bingley that just makes me extra happy.

I will watch HP2, but AM currently watching Zombie Detective. I love it and I DO NOT LIKE ZOMBIES! There are only a handful l that I like. I. Going to watch Sell your Haunted House. And the biggie for me is Halloween my son said he would watch Train to Busan with me. I am stoked. We have a new Korean restaurant in our town soooooo. Forget candy. K food for the win. I was so upset about the Busan concert. I was at work and got everything done. My charge therapist said she would take any calls for my ICU. And Weverse crashed! I mean really! So since I am 60 and came to BTS late I had a life crisis thinking I would have to see them when I am 75. But I can wait until 2025.... So I have my BTS fund and my kids said if they can they will go so my world seems a bit clearer...that and taking my bestie to see Steve Martin and Martin Short after my UTK team beat Alabama. Sorry for the rant. It's been an emotional weekend.

2022-10-17 14:42:06 +0000 UTCI just finished Her Private Life and enjoyed it way more than I expected. PMY was really good in this one. And overall, the main couple were both such green flags. Even the love triangle was fairly well done. Could be among the best underrated dramas.

Has anyone else seen the reels floating around IG with a list of some big names due to enlist this year? I haven’t fact checked it, but of course we all just sent off Kang Tae Oh. (And there’s the buzz around what will happen with BTS too.) I’m so curious about why some actors choose to enlist when they do (or put it off as late). I would think it might adversely affect careers more, but maybe that’s too Western a view. The break seems to be a non-issue for many. And there’s the post military glow up (ahem, Park Hyung Sik). Ok, this is a long ramble without a point. Just to say, with only one year as a kdrama fan, two years can feel like a long wait.
