Favorite Song from an OST

Does anyone else make seasonal playlists? I’m making a Sweater Weather one now.

Oh, some I'll add that I haven't seen yet is "Wow" by Mamamoo from the Search WWW sound track. As someone noted earlier, it's a great and underrated soundtrack (and drama in my opinion!). I also get all the feels from "Flower" by Seo In Guk from the Tomorrow with You soundtrack. He's so, so good.

2022-10-07 20:21:59 +0000 UTCThis thread is too good - I created a spotify playlist with many of these recommendations and I've been playing it all week, but I find myself getting too emotionally involved with these songs as they bring back all the emotions of the connected drama - I've had to skip all the Itaewon Class songs because I just start crying!!! Can you tell I just finished that one and am still in the good drama hangover phase?

I always say I liked Hotel del Luna OST more than the drama itself. I also love Ailee’s Breaking Down from Doom at your Service as well as Seo In Guk’s song from the same OST, Distant Fate AKMU’s song from “Mad for each other” that she sings in the street with Samantha is also beautiful - How can I love the heartbreak you’re the one I love

2022-09-29 00:58:40 +0000 UTCI am as addicted to OSTs as to the dramas themselves, so this is very difficult. I have multiple OST playlists. They are not seasonal but are favorites that are built up as I watch dramas, so the most recent stuff is on the current playlist, older on earlier playlists. I also have individual playlists of shows where I love ALL of the music, e.g., Our Beloved Summer and Hospital Playlist 1&2. I have one playlist just of OSTs sung in English. Loving OSTs has introduced me to some artists whose music populates the dramas like Onew, Melomance, Kim Feel, Gaho, Lee Mujin, 10CM. High on my current list are Departure from a Country by Kyuhyun, Can You Feel My Heart from The Law Cafe, A Kind Of Confession by Kwak Ji neon, and Here We Are from Kiss Sixth Sense. Sometimes I like the OST more than the drama!

I was obsessed with finding a song from Boys over Flowers that was not on the OST (went so far as to write the production company) but found sheet music for my favs for Faith the Good Doctor and King Eternal Monarch. Loved "Run Away" (also an instrumental) from My Love from the Star. They are total earworms. Wish I could send you a Cap Cut mash up my daughter made for my aunt with all her "boyfriends". It was great!

Done for Me by Punch. Sweet Night by V. Youth by Kim Feel. Someday the Boy by Kim Feel. Basically the entire Itaewon Class OST. Some of the tracks from Scarlet Heart. Round and Round by HEIZE. Stay With Me by CHANYEOL and Punch. Basically all of the Mr. Sunshine OST. You're Cold by HEIZE.
