Our Beloved Summer Pod...suggestions? questions? (this thread will probably contain some spoilers)

I know a lot of people watched this one, and it was even the Patreon choice for a podcast when we opened up the dramas to a vote! Who has a question they'd like to hear discussed (if it is REALLLLLY spoilery you can just message us)? I'm writing the script for this one so open to to hearing ideas on what you'd like. Otherwise I'm going to spend the whole time playing eenie-meeny-miny-moe with Choi Woo-shik and Kim Sung-cheol (I mean good lord, those boys can get it). Also fanning hard for Kim Da-mi and Park Jin-joo (can our girl be a lead someday PLEASE).

Other than the main couples did you ship the other couples in this drama? I felt they needed more oomph. And did NJ get a decent arc for you guys?

For me, the whole show was an homage to art in its many forms: Ungβs drawings, the film-making process for the documentary, the cinematography of the show itself, the settings and set designs, the OST, and so much more (Iβm gushing!). What did you think about the show as art? Was there a scene or image that stood out to you as especially beautiful?

If the adult napping was because he was depressed - and everyone was acting like his sleep problems and therefore day napping were new - why did he also sleep in every high school scene? And is that supposed to explain why he was the bottom of his class despite being the most comprehensive of readers?

2022-03-08 03:05:51 +0000 UTCCannot wait to hear this one!!! I'll just add that the kissing was way too PG... (All my friends and I dished about this.) π I expected more. Even the couch scenes! Merely pecks. Surprising since there definitely was a lot of chemistry, and they seemed super comfortable off screen in the clips I've seen. I know they also worked together in the past.
